Mahesha is a Director at Mastercard Sri Lanka working in the area of International Markets. Prior to assuming her present role, she was the Assistant General Manager Card Services and a Member of the Corporate Management of Cargills Bank

She has 20 years of experience in Banking and Finance including Corporate Banking, Retail and Private Banking and Cards and Electronic Payments.

She is a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants CIMA – UK), a Chartered Global Management Accountant and also a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA – UK). She holds a BA(Hons.) degree from the University of Colombo, an MBA from PIM, University of Sri Jayewardenapura.

Mahesha is presently serving on the CIMA Global Council representing South Asia. She is also a Member of the Global Membership Committee of CIMA. She was the past chairperson of CIMA SL Country Network Panel and also served on the Regional Advisory Panel for the MESANA Region for the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants (AICPA) and Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) during the period 2020 to 2022.

Manoj Kumar Moses is a seasoned professional in Sales, Marketing, and Operations with over 24 years of management experience in driving business success across Sri Lankan, multinational, and international markets. Known for delivering consistent results, he currently works as a Freelance Management Consultant, offering strategic expertise to American Premium Holdings and contributing as a growth strategist across Sales, Marketing and Business Operations. In addition, Manoj serves as a multilingual trainer for a leading financial institute via PIM and as a Visiting Lecturer at a prestigious international campus, bringing valuable insights to the next generation of leaders.

Prior to this appointment, Manoj served At Hutchison Telecommunications as a General Manager, successfully navigating complex corporate landscapes, including mergers and acquisitions. Manoj’s international experience includes a key senior management role at Almarai Company in Saudi Arabia, where he managed pre- and post-merger integrations and led transformative growth initiatives in diverse cultural environments.

Amongst the other key leadership positions, Manoj served as the Head of Marketing at Serendib Flour Mills, and as the Business Manager at AB Mauri. He has also contributed his services to JayKay Marketing Services (John Keells Holdings) and Darley Butler & Company Ltd at the early stages of his career.

Manoj holds an MBA from the Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM), University of Sri Jayawrdenepura. He is also a Chartered Marketer from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) UK, with a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing. Additionally, Manoj is a member of the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing (SLIM), and a Life Member of the Organization of Professional Associations of Sri Lanka (OPA).

Kanagasabai Rajaratnam Naguleswaran is the Assistant Vice President- Financial Institutions & Correspondent Banking of the DFCC Bank PLC. He counts 33 years of Banking experience covering Branch Banking, International Operations, Off-shore Banking, Remittances and Correspondent Banking. Prior to joining DFCC Bank PLC he has served Public Bank Berhad Colombo branch, Pan Asia Banking Corporation PLC, Al Bank Al Saudi Al Fransi, Saudi Arabia and Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC.

Naguleswaran is a Senior Fellow member of the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka. He is also a Fellow member of the Association of Business Executives (UK) and the Institute of Chartered Professional Managers of Sri Lanka. He obtained his MBA from the Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM), University of Sri Jayewardenepura in 2011. He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business and Financial Administration from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka. He has passed the Certified Trade Finance Professional (CTFP) examination conducted by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Academy, Singapore in association with, ICC Paris.

Naguleswaran is a resource person for International Trade Finance paper in the Diploma in Applied Banking & Finance (DABF) examination conducted by the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka (IBSL) . He also serves as an examiner for banking examinations conducted by the IBSL.He served International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), Sri Lanka as a member of the Banking Committee. Presently he serves as the Senior Vice President of Trade Finance Association of Bankers. He is a life member of the Association of Professional Bankers (APB) Sri Lanka. He is a proud product of Hindu College, Bambalapitiya.

Chandima Ranasinghe is a distinguished financial professional, business coach, entrepreneur, and trainer, with extensive expertise in SME development, agribusiness, sustainability, and export-oriented industries. She is currently serving as a Manager at Ernst & Young (E\&Y) in the Professional Practice division, where she leverages her strengths in finance, advisory, business strategy, and organizational transformation.

As the Founder Director of Nasta Foods, Chandima has been instrumental in driving value-added agriculture initiatives and promoting sustainable business practices within Sri Lanka’s food and agriculture sector. SHe is deeply committed to empowering entrepreneurs and SMEs through mentoring, consulting, training, and strategic guidance, enabling businesses to achieve sustainable growth, resilience, and long-term success.

Chandima holds an MBA from the Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM), University of Sri Jayewardenepura, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (Sp.) from the University of Colombo. She is a Fellow Member of CMA Sri Lanka and has also completed the Association of Accounting Technicians of Sri Lanka (AAT) qualification.
